Our personal training clients who choose to work with a trainer and not participate in our scheduled training classes DO NOT have to join the club and are not required to pay monthly dues. Aces Boxing Club extends this offer to you to help offset private training costs and hassles of gym memberships.
Our women’s classes are just as intense as any of our other classes without compromising functional boxing techniques and practical self defense. They are listed as WOMENS ONLY to protect the comfort our female cliental
We offer these classes to compliment all of the boxing and conditioning. These classes consist of fully functional and developmental full body exercise routines pushing you to your physical strength and conditioning limits.
At Aces Boxing Club we will not charge you for a basic diet or meal plan. We will start you off the “right” way. First, we will supply you with the diet that suits you. Next, bring in your copy of meal plan with any questions. Then we will direct you to a trainer or class schedule that best suits you needs and will best accommodate you fitness goal. Finally, you will be weighed in on a weekly basis and monthly measurements to ensure that you are achieving success here at ACES BOXING CLUB!
This program was designed as a possible 5-7 days a week complete training system for the growth of our young athletes, including functional fitness, instructional boxing and sparring.
These classes are intended for those who wish to ease their way into the basics of boxing punches, combinations, conditioning drills and more.
These training sessions are a little more intense, using punch mitts, body vests, learning ring logistics, and functional boxing instruction. If you a very new to this sport or fitness, you may wish to start in the NOVICE class until you feel more comfortable.
All are welcomed to sparring sessions from your seasoned professional to your extreme novice. We will never put you in over your head. Our goal is to provide you with a learning experience, and each time you get in the ring you will continue to grow and learn boxing techniques, self awareness, physical limitations, and so much more.
These scheduled times are our last training session of the night to ensure adequate time is spent with each aspiring boxers development. This time is ONLY for those who are currently on a competition circuit. Our team of boxers train, fight, and win together.
Here at Aces Boxing Club we understand the importance of your growth and that growth comes from knowledge. This is the reason that we offer FREE Monthly Boxing & Fitness Clinics. Please feel free to bring a friend. (18 years and older)
ACES BOXING CLUB selects a book that will be discussed each month is boxing related. Some of the best known advice and stories in boxing are on paper, which people dismiss. In this class, we embrace it, and with all the writings on the sweet science, we don't let it go to waste. From biographies, how-tos, psychological--this group will cover all bases of boxing through writing and plentiful conversations. Every book will be shown on the website.
Those who participate in the group will go into great detail about the featured book with in-depth questions such as plotlines, symbolisms, as well as technique, etc. The objective is to have the reader delve deeper into the featured books and grasping a better understanding of the publication as well as boxing as a whole--through conversation.
There is NO FEE to join our monthly book club and all schedule Book Club meetings will be posted on our Event Schedule.
There will be light food, beverages, and alcohol (BYOB) served.
